1. Agreement to these terms
This website jtilep.com is operated by Xuzhou Jitian Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., brand JTILEP (referred to below as “we”, “us” and “our”), a company registered in the People’s Republic of China and based in Xuzhou, Jiangsu.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.
These terms govern your use of the website. They do not by themselves create a contract of sale — a sale contract is formed as described in section 3.
2. What this website is
This is a business-to-business information site for professional buyers: dealers, distributors, importers, agricultural cooperatives, contracting service providers and project or tender purchasers. It is not a consumer webshop and it is not an online store.
In particular:
- No prices are published. Equipment is configured, quoted and contracted per order, so pricing, payment schedule and lead time are stated in the Proforma Invoice or sales contract. Published specifications are not an offer capable of acceptance.
- Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Descriptions, illustrations and figures are provided for evaluation only.
- No e-commerce checkout. Orders are concluded through direct commercial correspondence and a signed Proforma Invoice or contract.
3. Quotations and orders
- Requesting a quotation — send your requirement to sandy@jtilep.com or through the contact form. Useful information includes your country, target quantity, intended application and, where relevant, your tractor make and model.
- Quotation validity — a quotation is valid for the period stated in it, and in any case is subject to written confirmation at the time of order, since component supply and freight rates move.
- Formation of contract — a contract of sale comes into existence when we issue a Proforma Invoice or sales contract that you countersign or pay against, and that document sets out the goods, quantity, price, trade terms, lead time and payment schedule.
- Minimum order — MOQ is 1 unit for trial evaluation. Container-volume and programme pricing are quoted per project.
- Configurations and OEM — custom branding, colour, model naming, interface and packaging options are agreed in writing before production. Any item not confirmed in writing is not part of the order.
- Accuracy of your instructions — where a configuration depends on information you provide (tractor model, implement, correction source, voltage, crop or chemical), we rely on that information. Please check it; specifying the wrong interface is the most common cause of a delayed installation.
4. Product information and specifications
We take care to describe our equipment accurately, and figures published on this site are drawn from our product documentation and test records. Even so:
- Specifications may change without notice as we improve products. The specification attached to your order confirmation governs.
- Photographs and video are indicative. Colour, decals, packaging and minor hardware details may differ from the images shown.
- Performance figures are conditions-dependent. Field capacity, coverage, endurance and application rates depend on crop, terrain, weather, load, operating technique and settings. Figures such as coverage per sortie or endurance per sortie describe controlled reference conditions, not a guaranteed result in every field.
- Positioning accuracy requires a correction source. The ±2.5 cm figure for the HD818 is an RTK figure. It is achieved only with a suitable base station or a CORS / network correction service, which is not included as standard and is not optional. Where satellite-based correction services are used instead, their accuracy and coverage are determined by the service operator and vary by region — those figures are not the same measurement as the RTK figure and should not be compared with it.
- Scope of optional modules. The 360° surround view module is an independent add-on. It is not part of the ISOBUS function set and it is quoted separately. If you are comparing quotations or writing a tender specification, list it as its own line item.
- ISOBUS is a protocol, not a promise. Which functions are available in practice depends on the implement and the terminal configuration. ISOBUS compatibility does not mean every implement supports every function.
- You are responsible for local regulatory compliance in your market — including equipment approval, drone flight and registration rules, operator licensing, chemical use and import requirements. We will tell you what our equipment does and does not hold; we cannot make a regulatory determination for your jurisdiction.
5. Certifications and compliance statements
Certification statements on this site describe documents that exist and are issued to specific legal entities. Please read them as stated rather than as a general claim about every product:
- Entity-specific issuance. Some certificates and test reports are issued to the manufacturing entity of the platform, not to JTILEP and not under a brand name. Reference authorisations that allow us to cite those documents are granted to us for the marketing and sale of the relevant product range, are limited in time and scope, and are not transferable to third parties.
- Model coverage varies. A certificate may cover some models in a series and not others. The model list printed on the certificate is the authoritative statement. Do not infer that a certificate covering one model covers the whole range.
- Voluntary and regulatory documents are different things. Some documents we hold are voluntary attestations or component-level assessments. A voluntary certificate does not by itself establish that every applicable legal requirement for placing goods on a given market has been met, and market access may in addition require notified-body type examination or a market-specific approval. Where that applies, the official document says so and we repeat it here.
- What we do not hold. Certificates and approvals that are not shown on this site are documents we do not currently hold. We will not imply otherwise, and we do not undertake to obtain them for a specific shipment unless we have confirmed this in writing for your order.
- Documents for your market — tell us your country of import at the quotation stage and we will confirm exactly which documents apply to that order, in writing, before you commit.
6. Trade terms, payment and delivery
- Trade terms — FOB, CIF, DDP and other Incoterms are available and are stated in the Proforma Invoice or contract. Where no Incoterm is stated, the quotation is understood as FOB China port and must be confirmed before order.
- Payment — T/T is standard. The deposit and balance schedule is stated in the Proforma Invoice for each order.
- Lead time — confirmed per order and stated in the Proforma Invoice. It runs from the later of receipt of the deposit and final written confirmation of the configuration.
- Risk and title — pass in accordance with the agreed Incoterm and the contract.
- Import duties, taxes and clearance in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility unless the order is expressly agreed on a delivered-duty basis.
- Documentation — we provide the export document set for the order. If your market requires specific certification of documents, legalisation or consular formalities, tell us before shipment — some of these take weeks and cannot be completed retroactively.
7. Warranty, returns and after-sales
Warranty scope, return procedures and refunds are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, and where your Proforma Invoice or contract states different terms, that document prevails. The warranty position for a specific order is confirmed in writing at the quotation stage on request.
8. Intellectual property
- JTILEP and the JTILEP logo are registered trade marks of Xuzhou Jitian Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (registered with the China National Intellectual Property Administration in classes 7 and 12).
- All content on this site — text, product photography, video, layout, graphics and the underlying code — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and related rights.
- You may view, download and print pages for the purpose of evaluating and purchasing our products, and you may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not copy, republish, modify, mirror or use our content commercially, or use our trade marks, without our prior written permission.
- Where we publish content under a third party’s name or link to third-party material, rights remain with that party.
9. Acceptable use of this website
You agree not to:
- use automated systems to scrape, harvest or bulk-download content, pricing, images or contact details;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
- introduce malware, or interfere with the availability or integrity of the site;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit false inquiry information;
- use the site or our contact channels to send unsolicited commercial messages, or any content that is unlawful, misleading or infringing.
We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe this section has been breached.
10. Third-party content and links
This site may link to third-party websites and may embed third-party media. Those sites are not under our control, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for their accuracy, availability or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current at the moment you read it.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, crop or anticipated savings, arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.
- Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the website is limited to the amount paid to us under the order to which the claim relates.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability for goods actually supplied is governed by the contract of sale, not by this section.
12. Force majeure
We are not in breach of these terms, and are not liable for delay or failure to perform, where the cause is beyond our reasonable control. This includes natural events, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil unrest, sanctions, changes in law, government action, customs or port disruption, transport failure, industrial action, critical component shortage and failure of utilities or communications.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation between authorised representatives. Where a matter arises under a contract of sale, the dispute-resolution clause in that contract applies. Otherwise, disputes are submitted to the competent court in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, unless the parties agree in writing to arbitration.
International buyers should read this clause before ordering, and raise any concern at the quotation stage — arbitration or an alternative forum can be agreed in the contract where both parties want it.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the “last updated” date shown at the top, is the current version. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Terms applicable to a specific order are those in force at the time the contract was formed.
